Order Processing Administrator

Are you an organised professional with a knack for technical parts and a background in manufacturing? We are seeking an Order Processing Specialist to join a high-performing team based in Melrose Park. This is a pivotal role where your administrative precision meets the of industrial technology.

The Role

In this position, you won't just be pushing paper, you’ll be the heartbeat of the order fulfillment process. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of spare parts and equipment orders, ensuring our clients receive exactly what they need to keep their operations running.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising, processing, and tracking orders with 100% accuracy.
• Utilising your manufacturing background to identify and manage technical spare parts and equipment.
• Coordinating the dispatch of parts, ensuring all equipment is ready for transit.
• Managing documentation, printing shipping labels, and maintaining neat digital/physical records.

About You

We are looking for:

• A background in manufacturing environments is essential.
• Comfort working with parts lists.
• Experience with ERP/Order Management software
